Generation Rent’s new chief executive is Holly Williamson, who previously ran John Healey’s constituency office before he became a councillor.
Williamson was appointed to replace Ben Toomey, who resigned this month, and is a private hire with extensive experience in campaigns, politics and government.
Prior to joining Generation Rent, Williamson worked in Healey’s Wath-upon-Dearne office in Rotherham and has nearly a decade of political experience.
Williamson holds a Master’s degree in Politics and recently completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Law.
She is also a trustee of the Hobian charity which supports survivors of domestic abuse.
Twomey stepped down from his role to take a career break.
