Market Harborough Building Society has established dedicated broker support teams.
This will be a specific decision-making unit that corresponds to each mediator and is responsible for cases from the first conversation to the offer, the building community said.

Each unit combines two Business Development Managers (based in the field and telephone), an Underwriter and a Case Manager.
Brokers will have direct access to their underwriter.
“By aligning decision makers into dedicated, broker-owned teams, we have removed the frustrations experienced by brokers elsewhere and created teams that truly feel like their team, rather than just another contact for lenders,” said Ian Smith, head of mortgage distribution at Market Harborough.
