ModaMortgages has repriced its Limited Edition buy-to-let range, with interest rate reductions on two- and five-year fixed rate mortgages.
The latest changes see five-year fixed rates at 75% LTV reduced by 10 basis points, while standard five-year products at 80% LTV are reduced by 5 basis points.
Rates now start at 4.84% for Standard Properties and 4.94% for Mini HMOs and Small HMOs.
Over two years, rates reach 75% of LTV for both standard and boutique properties HMOs Central bank and MUFB interest rates also fell by 5 basis points, with interest rates starting at 3.29% and 3.39%, respectively.
The lender continues to offer free valuations and no application fees across its buy-to-let LTV range, including HMOs and MUFBs, with loans available to individual landlords and limited companies of up to 80% LTV.

Accord Mortgages will cut interest rates on its range of new commercial residential products next week, as well as reduce minimum loan sizes on low LTV products.
Effective 8 a.m. on 6 July 2026, the range update includes cuts to two-year reforms of up to 30 basis points, with three-year interest rates being reduced by up to 29 basis points.
For borrowers looking for long-term stability with a five-year fix, options include products with interest rates reduced by up to 21 basis points.
Accord is also reducing the minimum loan size requirements on selected products up to 75% LTV from £50,000 to £30,000.
It also relaunched a group of products with an interest-to-value ratio of 65%, with rates starting from 4.47%, and an interest-to-value ratio of 80%, with rates starting from 4.54%.
